The honest part: our role, cost, and how this works
Our guidance is free, and all work is performed and warrantied by the independent contractor you hire. Grab bars and rails are often a couple hundred dollars installed; a walk-in shower conversion is usually several thousand. We'll help you get more than one quote.

Usually the bathroom — properly anchored grab bars and a no-threshold shower — followed by lighting and secure handrails on every set of stairs.
Are there programs that help pay for this?
