We are a guidance and referral service
Rightsize Senior Care Advisors does not provide medical care, nursing care, personal care, home health services, legal services, or benefits determinations. We help families understand their options and introduce them to independent third-party professionals and providers.
Independent providers
All communities, agencies, contractors, attorneys, lenders, and other professionals we refer are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, staffing, pricing, and conduct. We do not own, operate, control, or supervise them, and we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the services they provide or any outcome. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
How we are compensated
Our guidance is provided at no cost to families. When a family engages a provider we introduced them to, that provider may pay Rightsize Senior Care Advisors a referral fee. This does not increase the price you pay, and because fee arrangements are comparable across providers, it does not determine which options we present. You are never obligated to use any provider we suggest.
Real estate licensing
Cory Wallberg is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Utah. Any real estate brokerage services are provided under his licensed brokerage, and compensation for those services is disclosed in writing in the applicable agency and listing agreements. Choosing not to use his real estate services has no effect on the free guidance we provide.
Veterans benefits
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. We do not prepare, present, or prosecute VA claims. For claim assistance we refer families to VA-accredited representatives and Veterans Service Officers, who assist with initial claims at no charge.
Costs and availability
Any cost ranges, availability, benefit amounts, or timelines mentioned on this site are estimates based on our local experience and can change without notice. Always confirm current pricing and terms directly with the provider in writing.
Privacy of information you send us
Information you submit through our forms is used solely to respond to your request and, with your permission, to introduce you to relevant providers. We do not sell your personal information. Please do not send detailed medical records through this website.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rightsize Senior Care Advisors and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from your engagement with any third-party provider.
